Allows a user to create a new briefcase. All briefcases are shown in the channel explorer bar in the briefcase section.

On clicking the new briefcase button, a dialog box appears.

Enter the name for the briefcase.

Click the "OK" button to create a new briefcase or "Cancel" button to close the dialog box. The new briefcase can be seen in the briefcase section in the channel explorer bar.
