Sunil Malhotra

| Sunil doubles as Chief of Creative and Culture at Ideafarms. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from REC, Trichy and a Masters in Industrial Design from IIT Bombay. A decade ago, he repackaged himself as a Design Strategist and joined the new media revolution to explore 'experiential aesthetics' in the digital domain; his key objective was to bring design-led user sensitivity to the Information Technology business. His belief in individual talent and an interdisciplinary mix provided the impetus to his founding Ideafarms. He believes that disruptive thinking will be the key to differentiating businesses in a globalized world. He writes with a passion and his articles reflect sensitivity to user and societal needs. His thoughts converge into a paradigm shaped by borderless collaboration for human enrichment. He has been a Member of the Jury for the Graduate Program in Industrial Design - School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and occasionally visits other Design Schools to share his experiences with students and faculty. He has consulted with several organizations in key strategic engagements for the last 25 years. Sunil completed his LL.B in 2001 from Delhi University and now keeps himself abreast of developments and challenges brought about by globalisation. In his previous engagement he was Co-CEO of Dusk Valley Technologies Ltd., a full-spectrum, global IT services company of the Apollo Tyres Group. An avid reader and a passionate speaker, he divides his time between work and leisure, contributing to the larger business and social environment on a continuous basis. He loves music.

Rajiv Malhotra

| Rajiv is our Chief of Operations. Since he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1984, from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, he has been an entrepreneur for the last 25 years, following a short stint at Escorts Ltd, the Indian automotive giant. He brings Financial and Administrative skills to our operations and is the sobering influence on Ideafarms. He is quiet and methodical and keeps his eyes on our fund-flow. In his previous engagements, he has been the CEO of a joint venture company, Arem Compressors P Ltd. engaged in the repair and reconditioning of hermetic compressors. He is highly hands-on and thorough in every aspect of operations. He is a fitness fan, an avid reader and a political commentator at social evenings. |

| Mr J Balamurugan did his Pre University at the Gobi Arts College, Gobichettipalayam, B.E.(ECE) - Regional Engineering College, Trichy and Management Programme for Entrepreneurial Firms from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His present business positions include Managing Director of Nextgen Communications Ltd., New Delhi; Director of Unity Electro Systems Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore, Ideafarms, New Delhi, Spitfire Motorsports Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore and Spitfire Automotive Performance Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore. His other positions include Vice President of the Governing Council of Gobi Arts & Science College; Trustee, CKK Educational Trust; President, Old Lawrencian Association (Alumni Association of The Lawrence School, Lovedale). He is also the Adviser of the Technology Business Incubator at Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai.

| In a career spanning over 25 years, Madhavan has played a number of leadership roles in product development and managing the information systems function in small startups to large enterprise organizations like ADP, Sun Microsystems, Synopsys, Matrix Semiconductor and Flextronics. For a period of time, Madhavan worked as an independent consultant to several marquee clients in areas of IT architecture, strategy and applications development. At IdeaFarms, Madhavan joins several like minded professionals who have sound design principles, solid technology capabilities and tremendous business expertise and are passionate about providing multi-dimensional, value based product and service offerings that bear the watermarks of governance, innovation and sustainable technologies. Madhavan is an Industrial Engineer from NITT (1982), and a graduate (MS Industrial Management) of Clarkson University, Potsdam, New York (1984) with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. |

| Over two decades of extensive experience in the IT field in various capacities ranging from Delivery, Pre-Sales to Business Development functions. Delivered and implemented large number of projects/products for customers in the domestic and international markets across various industry verticals - Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare and Banking sectors. Ramesh graduated in Electrical Engineering from NIT Trichy and holds a Masters from IIT Delhi. |
