Allows the user to view/modify the i-Fetch options.

The Option dialog box contains the following tabs

   -  General tab: It lets the user select the default options for the channels and the confirmation related settings.

   -  Browsing tab: It allows the user to select the article browsing option.

   -  System Tray tab: It allows the user to set the notify button settings.

   -  Read/Unread tab: It allows the user to set the time interval that would mark the article as Read. This setting is a temporary setting and would be set back to 2 sec once the application is closed.
