Our interactive communications use principles of branding and Human Computer Interaction (HCI).
Internal marketing is an Oxymoron! Most organizations do not understand the value because they can't measure it.
"Executives have to involve their people in by marketing to them. The initiatives we undertake will only be successful because the people doing it will make it successful. But they want to and need to know ahead of time about the changes taking place in their lives. Many leaders feel people fear change which is completely wrong. People fear the unknown not change. And since internal marketing very rarely takes place, they fear the unknown initiatives that are thrust on them.
WE have to communicate, communicate, communicate then communicate some more."
- Rene' Jones President, AHN Corporation
Communication is the most misunderstood term in business today. If you do a search for “communication” on Google it throws up sites from telecom hardware to Information design for the hearing impaired. The key to communication is less content and more context. |
